I love coming to this gym. The people and the staff are very friendly and motivating. the equipment is great. The gym is clean and kept up well and the steam room is the cherry on the Sundae. Keep up the good work Retro of Freehold, Your hard work at maintaining a wonderful gym does not go unnoticed

This is a great gym! The staff is friendly and professional. I am greeted by name every time I enter. Anthony Grieco and Danielle DaVita are terrific trainers. The classes are challenging and the facility is always clean. They are constantly adding new areas to workout and new machines.

Find a Retro in your area , chose a membership that fits what you want , like if you want to tan or need a baby sitter or if you want to use the steam room , that type of membership cost extra, you need a bank account, if you do , then bring a voided check , they need the routing , an bank account# , an you should be good.
