Visited a friend at Silverman. Place is kept manicured and very quiet. She took me to the clubhouse and there was a game of Bingo going on. There were a lot of new trailers being installed everywhere. Seems like a very nice 55 and over trailer park establishment.

Love it perfect for the empty nester...u buy your trailer. Pay lot rent(includes water/sewer grass cut, snow removal)
My sister loves it you can now even have 1 dog.

Very quiet neighborhood great for my mother. Neighbors can be a little nosy but most old people are.
I had a question about walking our dog. We were walking her in the roadway of the community, and were told we can't take her off our lawn. We never let her near any other property, and we see others walking. What to do?

Not allowed to walk your dog in the streets . If you do Silvermead will ask you to remove your dog or you will be told to move out
This is a 55 plus community. You. Need to be approved before you can move in. And i dont know if they allow you to bring your own home. Call the office and ask.
