I've been overcharged $3.00 by two world class workers who spent :20 mintues on trying to find someone who had a clue about making a Breakfast Burrito Eggs wedges Bacon and Cheese and then Mayo is added Done Mainly due to the TruboChef is broken down can't heat it up or can't even get a little extra off from the original price Just received reply to my post I am guessing that you have no problem reading & replying with pass it a long Rubber-Stamp but here's the thing about that the "Trainer" was to busy with cleanup and didn't have any time for training they were more concerned about going home than worried about reason why they were working on the line. The sole purpose is communication to Marketing/ Advertising/ interaction between people and employees, employees meet & greet especially regularly local residents try to maintain old style of the friendly neighborhood Butchers. When was the last time you been on the front lines Trainer should have made sure that know menu items and and use correct instructions for portions and clean as you go. The fact is even though the turboChef is off line either remove items that require oven or allow customers to receive discount. The service was badly handled torture for the newly hired employee but remained in the classroom for several hours of class. You as the owner should be responsible since your the replying should have eventhough I only have your word on the incident I'll gladly tell my staff to refund your entire Burrito. This is exactly what I have done in the past for my customers who experience bad service you'll also find standing right there next to your employees and lead by example. This place is Great to bring your whole family. Shop till you drop literally as there's a parking below... This stores so big you need a map to go shopping and it comes equipped with us own security personnel to keep your and your family not just safe but honest as well
