November 28th between 1 PM and 1:30 PM As I got out of my Uber taxi and enter The facility, I refilled my clipper card and waited to hear back from an American friend about picking up an item that I need it and letting the person know that I'm currently at the Caltrain station waiting on standby As this was going on, I was talking to friends online using the App called Instagram group chat in about 25 minutes into my Instagram group chat video, This private security Guard" which I have to say very passively aggressive" She was very disrespectful and she was profiling me from the start. Reasons why is still unknown The first thing she asked I’d quote “ are you waiting for the train? I'd Reply, and quote "Yes, I am.” She walks away and attempts to tell a homeless man to exit out the quarter potties located outside. After she was done she came back inside and ask me another question again this time are you filming? There is nothing wrong with talking to friends and sharing a conversation about my visit so far back in the states “ profiling “ Without asking the proper questions. My Instagram video is still up in anyone can see it. I had three lawyers contact me instantly because they were watching the Livestream. She then makes a big scene for nothing and started telling her supervisor on the phone that I have a press pass and but warned her that it has nothing to do with what I am currently doing. Talking to friends isn't filming. She started to now violated my rights by attacking me on an assumption that I was homeless or making the scene seem as if I am trespassing. Then she continues to make verbal statements asking me where am I from and "that should not matter" Asking me to live the station when I've already tapped the Caltrain ticket machine. Another Caltrain employee try to tell her but she is unfit to do her job correctly I'd made a call to Caltrain and filed a complaint form but no one has gotten back to me since then. Do they even care for the fact that this is all recorded and now I can sue for discrimination? please watch the surveillance footage for November 28 between time 1245 and 2:05 PM. You can see me clearly trying to avoid and not pay attention to her but she continues to throw in racial remarks and discrimination telling another Caltrain employee to get me away when I am a paying customer. But she was telling her supervisor the wrong information right in front of me on her phone. And I repeatedly said I am Instagram and talking to my friends that are not filming that’s my login with a certain device which is my iPhone. You can clearly also see that on surveillance footage my iPhone on an iPhone selfie stick. She was trying to make a scene and then threaten to call the police and I asked her to. even a Police officer is going to tell her the first amendment rights I have. Caltrain customer services until this day never contact me.

Love my Caltrain as it helps me beat traffic and the stress of commuting. Yet it might be a very long time until we are comfortable or even safe to use public transportation. Trains are completely empty these days. See pictures attached.
