Small but mighty lake. Playground for children. Basketball court. Pinic area and viewing area. Quite

Pretty peaceful, you can canoe on the creek if you would like. The basketball court and picnic area were both clean. They also have a playground that had a few different activities for kids.

Disappointed really in this park. The scenery is pretty. But the place is full of litter. Basketball courts butt right up to water so patrons using it are blasting music everyone is forced to hear. The shoreline is very full of litter. The playground area is nice for smaller children but limited. Overall it was a miss.

This lovely park in Round Rock honors our men and women who have served. It has a playscape, restrooms, an enclosed / fenced basketball court, pavilion with picnic tables and a fishing pier or observation point. Located on a section of Brushy Creek that has been dammed up, there is some Scenic Beauty as well. Good place for families or a moment of nature.

Is that true
Nope. No news reported. If you live nearby, you should call the Brushy Creek Waste water Authority for anything related, complaints or concerns.
Vetrans memorial park is a good place to fish, but not to swim.
