I recently am in the process of relocating from Oakland to San Francisco . This place is very convenient from where I work I also catch public transportation the muni and bus is right down the street the area is nice there is a 30$ fee if you stay an extra night which can rack up . The hotel is beautiful great shower very clean the break fast or not the good the eggs taste fake the yogurt is my favorite the oatmeal is super soupy there is a lot of fast food places near by and they let you get door dash for dinner which is good but can be expensive there is a bar there as well that I have not been to itβs really quiet and clean I would recommend it to anyone to get a room here they have the most comfortable bed ever π₯°π

Close proximity to SF Giants Oracle Park. The hotel was very clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Walking distance to stores. Parking is a bit expensive at nearby garage but super worth it. Look forward to coming back in future. The rooftop bar at night is great to unwind.

Stayed here for my daughter's college graduation. The room is a bit small, but otherwise tidy and clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. Nice little corner sofa. Really enjoyed the ability to completely black out the room with the shades. Location was perfect, as the graduation ceremony was being held at Oracle Park which is just a quick two minute walk down the street. There's a fun dive bar just a couple of doors down the way called The Stick. Plenty of options for food nearby. Overall a pleasant experience.

I've stayed at Hyatt places around the country. I "liked" it because of the staff and the location. The staff is excellent and sets a high standard for other hotels. The rooms are extremely small compared to every other Hyatt Place I've stayed in. In terms of San Francisco hotels the rooms are average size, but do not compare to other Hyatt Place locations so keep that in mind. It has a nice upstairs deck as well as a very cool rooftop restaurant. The morning breakfast very good, the coffee is always full and they always have fresh ice water available in the lobby. Around the hotel there is a grocery store a modern bowling alley, a Starbucks and of course the baseball stadium and basketball arena. Lots and lots of food choices in the area.

Really good 5+ π
No, it's paid valet parking. Its very rare to find free parking in San Francisco. It's $65 a night.
The fans still run 24/7 but can be covered up pretty well by closing the bathroom door. It's just a soft hum when door is closed.
