Always treated with respect and care, their on site labs are very helpful when your PCP doc won't fit you in or when the ER is not necessary. Staff are kind and understanding. My only issue is they need better training to deal with kids and adults with neurological issues such as Autism and Downs Syndrome.

I went to Patient First Saturday night October 1st. It was a great experience as the staff was very friendly and fast. I believe the whole appointment took about 45 minutes to an hour. I will surely use them again if I need an emergency service.
