They release games without finishing them. AC Valhalla is garbage I regret ever buying it and will not be buying anymore Ubisoft games for fear of not being able to fully play them. Worst customer support basically non existent

Worst company for any kind of customer support! Been at it for 6 days now and still haven't gotten any support, my chat thread keeps growing, support keeps requesting more things before even getting to the support part. To the point that I got a refund from Microsoft on the 4 games I just purchased digitally for games I already own on the ps4 but wanted to game on my Xbox One as I prefer to game there. Even told support that I don't care about the game anymore or the dlc and that I just want a supervisor to speak with about the service... instead they keep copy pasting the same answers while once in a while asking for something else... if you are in the same boat call the head office in Montreal and San Francisco and ask to speak to a customer experience Manager and let them know about your bad interaction... while they may not be able to support your issue at hand they need to know what lead you to be one of the few that will waste your dime to call them about a horrible issue...

I am not sure about lion, (maybe because the lion roar and drone roar) but I know that finka was in a training camp with kapkan as her teacher and one day they were practicing and Kapkan slashed her face with a knife. Kapkan has an elite that the MVP animation is him using a blade like a professional.
It is probably a server maintenance issue. Most times Ubisoft and EA servers go on a server maintenance patch. This happens often through Web Data Maintenance and Server upgrades through out the time they are managed and maintained. Contact them direct. Depending on your system you should had or have received a patch request maintenance memo before logging in online to play! Check or try to log on and check with Ubisoft Server data memos to see on the Community Broads. Also you can directly contact them this may or may not help they have had issues in the past of getting things resolved. This would be done completely different and less of a headache if I was in charge lol

People claim that head hit boxes are broken because they see themself shoot someone in the head but nothing happens. Also there are many glitches and bugs that don't get patched until about a month to four months to get patched.

Larger Game studios usually will not even attempt to talk about outside concepts. Better of reaching out to an indie studio.
Steam customer service should be able to help. Also, larger email servers should be able to have you verify your identity to reopen your account. I hope this helps.

That requires alot of work. Subscribers and detailed straight to the point video illustrations. It requires work and a long time process if all your information is correct and to the specifics. Check with Ubisoft and get on forums that how you start out working for these companies.
