This office should be eliminated. You can’t get any living person on the phone to answer questions. You get no response to emails or regular mail. What is wrong with this picture, you work hard all your life, pay taxes, Medicare and union dues, but once you retired is like you are no longer entitled to get services or help from health benefits program

Absolutely dreadful. I have been trying to contact them regarding the complimented process of switching to Medicare. They do not give you an option of talking to a live agent. Do they not realize that some seniors are not computer savvy? 0 stars is too good of a grade
