This library has the potential to be great. However, they hardly offer any activities for ages 2 and up. The only thing they have is storytime at 10 once a week. They should also offer activities in the afternoon. They close so early everyday at 5 only late day is Wednesday and do not even open on the weekends which is horrible. They need to improve on having more activity’s, and extending their hours to close later.

I love this library. It's close to our home, the librarians are so nice there. It's free and they always have projects for the kids!

Books need to be in clean condition. Some may be added to the collection or sold at the book sale.
If you live in Phillipsburg or any township in Warren county, library cards are free. You just have to provide a valid form of ID. If you live anywhere else, you have to buy an annual membership. I believe it is $70 for a family.
You can not send a fax from PFPL. Staples, Print Plus are couple places you can send fax from.
