The guys behind the counters were helpful and courteous, I have an older model Stihl Trimmer and need to put a cutting blade on, one of the guys, Joe offered his time and knowledge to put the blade on the trimmer and educate me while doing it. I did not buy the blade there, but they didn't care. I needed a mounting kit for the trimmer/blade and that's what I received and then some (installed). Very happy with the service there. Ty

I had an issue with an X-Mark Quest that I purchased brand new from the owner of Greenlands in Concord NH. I had complained to the Owner of Greenlands that the Quest was Burning Oil and his excuse was All Kawasaki Engines BURN OIL. I went on to tell him that had I known this I WOULDN'T HAVE BOUGHT that Model. I Developed an issue with the Quest during Fall Cleanup as I take care of my yard, my Parent's, an Aunt and a couple of Elderly Neighbors in my neighborhood. Greenlands said that they couldn't get me in for Service as they were too busy prepping Snowblowers. I then decided to Call X-Mark Direct and spoke to a very Professional and knowledgeable person. I explained the situation with my Ex-Mark Quest Burning Oil and what the Owner of Greenlands had told me about Kawasaki Engines Burning oil. He asked for the Serial Number of the machine and when I gave it to him he informed me that my X-Mark Quest DIDN'T HAVE A KAWASAKI ENGINE as it was an X-Mark Engine. He said I should call Stills of Manchester NH as they were the Closest Dealer besides Greenlands. So I spoke with them and they came and Picked up my Machine and REPLACED THE ENGINE FOR FREE AS IT STILL WAS UNDER WARRANTY. The Next time that I was in Greenlands to get a part for my Husqvarna Weed Whacker I saw the Owner and told him the Whole Story. He tried to pass it off that he Didn't realize what Quest Model that I was talking about as he said there were two of them. I explained to him that HE SOLD ME THE MACHINE and that my Purchase was in their Computer System due to the Prior Service Issues that I believe should have been covered by the WARRANTY but I was Charged for them. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER MAJOR PURCHASE FROM Greenlands EVER AGAIN. This is too bad as my Father had Purchased a Simplicity Garden Tractor from the Original Owners of Greenlands 52 years ago and that Machine is still operating to this day at my Family's Lake Cottage on Pleasant Lake in Deerfield NH. I also had two or three service calls on the machine there but the date that I was told I would have it delivered back to me were never kept.

Bought my first snowblower here over 25 years ago. The first two times that it needed service I brought it to a competitor because they were closer to my home and my work. That was a mistake (both times). After that I brought it back here and had great service. It was finally time for a new one last week so I went right to back to Turf Depot. They moved up the delivery day and delivered it just in time for today’s snowstorm. Have always been treated very professionally here. Top notch staff.
