I enrolled last year in the midst of the pandemic while the library was shut down for in person visit and today was my first day to go in with my son. The library is very clean,spacious and the book shelf are neatly stacked with the books.The library is sectioned off into two areas to separate the adult books from the children books and it is easy to walk through the book isles. There are summer events organized for the children,at least two times per week so the kids are not bored The personnel itself is ok.

Alpha taxpayers support a municipal library. The county library is funded by the 17 townships and town of Belvidere. The towns of Hackettstown, Phillipsburg and Washington also have municipal libraries and are not served by the County Library.
curbside service allows members to pick up items from the library without entering the building.
