A tiny, family owned Japanese bakery that has been popular for years. They have good matcha products and bakery items and are fairly priced! Items do get sold out 1-2hours before they close every day so act early! 1 day advanced notice for the matcha red bean cake

Decent bakery, authentic Japanese buns and pastries at reasonable prices. The $12 matcha swiss roll with red bean wasn't as good as I expected but still decent - the sponge had good matcha flavour but it was not moist, the red bean paste was nice and not overpowering but I would prefer it if they add an extra layer of matcha cream inside. The matcha custard bun and matcha red bean paste mochi buns were $3 each. Custard bun - just a tiny bit of custard inside the bread, mainly carbs, not great, wouldn't repurchase. Red bean paste mochi bun - again very ordinary bun, small portion of red bean paste which was too sweet for my taste, the mochi in the center had decent texture but didn't really go that well with the bun, wouldn't repurchase. Keen to try other items though given the majority good reviews.
