Our landlord got us a room here for the night because our plumbing was being worked on and we didn’t have working water. The hot tub was barely warm, our room didn’t have towels or a trash can liner and the tv wouldn’t turn on. A very nice staff member brought me towels and fixed the tv, but ultimately I decided I’d rather go home with no water than stay there… sorry guys.

My wife and I were visiting Pueblo, CO and decided to try the new COURTYARD MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN PUEBLO. It was a great experience! Our room was attractive, roomy, and very comfortable, with lots of available parking spaces. We were in easy walking distance to Riverwalk activities, restaurants and shops, as well as to dozens of other Pueblo restaurants, shops, museums, etc. – perfect location! The Courtyard Marriott service was wonderful also: we had some questions when we arrived, and Front Desk Agent BRIANNA immediately responded with answers, pamphlets, and solutions; she made our stay in Pueblo exceptional, and she is an outstanding representative of excellent Marriott customer service! Also, the snack bar provides very high quality options for breakfast and Happy Hour. Bottom Line: this MARRIOTT is definitely a perfect place to stay when visiting Pueblo, CO

I will say this, if your passing thru on a bike and need a room ask the front desk politely to park your bike on sidewalk in front of the building. It's super great they allow it especially for peace of mind. And with all the riff-raff that Pueblo brings, it's nice to know your bike isn't parked around back in an unlit spot next to the dumpster. Great customer service for motorcyclists. Will stay here again for sure! I have 3 stars for location just because of the transient/homelessness issue, not much Courtyard can do about that though!

Clean property with a spacious room. The evening I stayed there it was packed with youth soccer players and their families. It was quite and I slept like a rock in a comfortable bed. I had none of the water issues that others had mentioned. Cannot comment on the staff as I checked in via the app and used the digital key. Everything was great and the location is within walking distance to many great places to dine or have drinks.

The person who answered the phone did not think so, but she did not sound real confident. They do seem to do Marriott Rewards. Marriott rewards and SPG merged some time ago, and you can transfer points between the two.
