Rooms was very clean, Security patrol parking lot all night, very disappointed that the hot tub was not in working order which was one of the reasons I picked this hotel. Elevator stopped working when I needed to load the luggage cart from the 2nd floor to the ground floor. Breakfast area was very busy so I skipped the free breakfast. Found it odd that the front desk had to use their key card to unlock the pool room.

This place is trash. The front desk worker was very rude. The door to our room wouldn't shut or lock. Anyone could walk in. We when told the man at the front desk he looked right at us and said, man I don't know maybe try to lift the door up. No let me try to help or anything. The room smelled like pee, and could use a good vacuum. We ended up getting a refund and left.

My home away from home. We've stayed here several times and always been happy, especially with the omlette bar. On the last night of the most recent stay, I experienced an issue accessing my room. Joey at the front desk and Floyd were very helpful and went above and beyond to solve the problem.

Positive: Very clean with great staff. Excellent breakfast. Negative: What looked like water stain on the ceiling in a few places. Could use a paint job but overall experience of hotel excellent.
