So I love holiday inn but this one could use a remodel seem a little old the first room the ac wasn’t working properly and it just wasn’t up to standards. I was given a different room ac worked and the gentleman at the front desk was super nice about switching us out. Breakfast was great as always but the staff was saying “we keep the lids down so the food don’t get cold” which I get but seemed a little rude then another family was getting food and she said it again while they are getting food…🤦🏽‍♀️

Excellent customer service! The girl at the front desk was very helpful and informative. There were 6 of us and she made sure we got the extra pillows,, sheets and blankets we requested. We got a room with 2 queen beds and a divided living area, which was pretty roomy. Cleanliness was 4 stars only because there were a few hairs in the tub. Overall the rest of the room was pretty clean. Great location and the breakfast buffet had plenty of options including pancakes, bagels, and fruit, to name a few. Would choose this hotel again over the Hampton Inn that we stayed at a few nights previous.

Great modern hotel and very clean room. I got the Executive Queen bed room and it was very spacious and has a safe for those who need it. The free breakfast that comes with your stay is very nice. Has plenty of food to choose from and the lady who was attending that area, Helen, was very kind and attentive. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Very clean and quiet rooms. Had a small issue with the room running out of hot water but that wasn’t a big deal. Breakfast was delicious. Beds were so comfortable, we slept so well.
