This place is a mess. It used to be a nice friendly place to stay when Nancy was the manager. Now the new owners have taken over and they literally leave notes on campers doors telling them to pull weeds, clean up trash that has blown around, etc. It should not be the responsibility of the campers to clean their park and pull their weeds. Clean your own park. Insane. Nancy was outside every day blowing leaves, picking up trash and she kept the park looking incredible. Bring back Nancy... she knew a thing or two about running a good rv park.

The couple that helped me are the nicest and are very understanding. I'm happy that they saved my unit for me, alot is hard to come by right now. And it's even harder to find FRIENDLY PEOPLE I'm referring to the storage units they manage also. It hasn't changed much when it comes to them helping out and making sure everything is secure...I highly recommend this establishment.

This is a great place to stay when in Colorado.The staff was very helpful and the grounds and bathrooms were very clean.It is had to get a spot so I would call ahead for a reservation.There is alot of places close to eat and entertainment We will definitely stay there again.

Seriously overpriced. $10 EXTRA FOR 50 AMP! The only way in and out of the park for us was our site. LOW WIRES! The park was lucky that we noticed that we couldn't get under the wires on our way out through the park. We had to unhook and back up our rig through the park and pull out through the site we had been in. Don't do it! Terrible experience. The park was lucky we didn't take out their electric service.
