You can not pay online. Call them they will tell you bank and account number of freedom line . Then deposit your cash or check in the bank near your location.
If you have chase account, you can send payment through quick pay. If not, they accept wire transfer, checks (through mail), cash (in person). You can also deposit checks directly into their chase bank account by visiting your local chase bank branch. Call them to get their payment details.
