There are always 5 to 6 people back there no matter what time you you get here theres only 1 person working at the window the others laughing in the back while the line get long. Never come to the place of you in a rush time spent here over 30 mins with 4 people in line

Was given attitude when the clerk asked for my occupation. I responded with the general category in which he rolled his eyes in front of me. Then replied to me “I can’t enter that, you need to say what you do” I replied, I work for (and answered) I then said, you should who is my employer, in which I responded with my answer. He then rolled his eyes. (There is a huge glass window partition between the counter, of course I can tell when the clerk rolled his eyes, when I told him how unprofessional it was, the clerk denied that he was rolling his eyes. The employees need to remove themselves from the counter if they are that irritated. I hate coming to this branch.
