One of the worst Buffalo wild wings places. Your dinner time is deserved with one of their other great locations with professional staffs, NOT HERE. Except this place, Buffalo wild wings is still one of my favorite places. I understand, In the current world, how hard it's been to run any businesses with good employees. So, i waited so long and conveyed my feedbacks numerous times over the telephone before I hit with my review in google. After all its easy to critisize someone. But, i strongly convinced that they are deleberate in their mistakes. Not one time, They mess up with my order numerous times. Lately i tend to think that they have been doing it delberately. Couple of occasion, on my BO50 order of 15+15 traditional wings, they gave only 15 or 20 wings. I never had a single moment where I received enough sauces that I ordered. Multiple times, they gave me loaded tatter tots (that we dont eat bacon) in place of regular large tots. I wonder how in the world someone can visually miss the information on the online order every single time. I always do pickup here and my house is little far from this location. So, they know i will never drive back that far. Go to this place if you really dont care about good customer service.

I got the street taco lunch combo with lemon pepper seasoning on my fries. It was good and very filling. Couldn't even finish it. My daughter got the pretzel bites, also good. Cheese that comes with them is alright. Husband got wings and fries with salt and vinegar seasoning, also good. Waitress was nice, fast, and place was clean.

For the second time ordering through Doordash (once delivery, once pickup) my order of chicken quesadillas has arrived Incorrectly with zero things on it other than a cold tortilla with some melted cheese (no chicken, lettuce, or anything else) for about $12. I think something is wrong with their kitchen’s connection with doordash although the ticket from the kitchen clearly included all of the normal chicken quesadilla toppings. Mozzarella stick order was also incorrect and came with marinara instead of the requested southwest ranch. When I tried to call the store immediately to have a corrected order, was put on hold without a greeting for five minutes and no solution.

First off, clean restaurant. Bathrooms were immaculate. Says alot about a place. Service was outstanding. Our waitress was quick and on point with out being on us every second. Food was great. The cheese curds are to die for. Wings were a little overcooked, but meaty enough it wasn't dried out, so not a total deal breaker. Standards are clearly kept up with due to the fact I received just as good of service, 2000 miles away from where I would typically dine. Great chain, great food, great service, great standards, and a great time. Five for five. So five stars!
