Had two orders of my favorite chicken crispers the only problem was they were still very hot but very soggy. I been eating this since I was a kid and it was never like that the taste was still there just the consistency so we had to put them in the air fryer otherwise I would've given five stars the staff there is very nice just the environment generally is welcoming and attentive.

The chicken I had tasted like it was re heated and not fresh. Then I hear a customer behind us say they found a BUG in her drink while I'm eating. So the chillis needs to do some deep cleaning.

Today was the worse service I have ever received. First off, came in and sat at the bar .. bartender came over - drops a menu - can I get u something to drink - I said am ready to order.. he said hold . Left and came back few minutes later. Ok , now am ready - sorry for the wait he said.. ordered my food .. with a side of queso for the chip. The chip came out with salsa- no quesso. Waited and wait - nothing / no straw for the drink / no napkins.. I stood up and get my own straw at the end of the bar , stood up and reach behind the bar for silverware. Had to ask for napkins - quesadilla came out under cook on the outside - not my normal - still no queso.. finish eating - no refill / and queso finally made it with new chips .. the entire counter was dirty my entire visit .. and my left customers were having my same experience.. so horrible… I will have to find out when my regular bartender works .. but I believe it was his first night and there was no manger supporting the guy .. sad .. disappointed

I do a curbside order at least once or twice a month and everytime has been great. Our orders are always correct and the food tastes good. Once in a while yes, on a busy night have to wait a little longer. Restaurants are struggling which is understandable now a days. I've only ate inside this location 4 times within past couple years, besides slower service the food makes up for it.

Ok good I'm not the only one. I would say about 2-3 weeks ago I order a small steak asked for medium because I wanted pink and I received it well reorder same came back well done. This is not acceptable. My family has been going to this chili's for many many years. And the new manager is not that great either, hope they doing something about it.
I'm sorry You had the same experience We had there! I can't believe they treat Folks this badly! I asked to speak to the Manager and He wouldn't come talk to Me! I finally saw Him and He told Me He was simply just too busy to talk to Me! I said well, Your not busy now and He said and what You want Me to do about it now? He could care less about Me and My Family and they even sat Us in the bar area! I still can't believe the hostess would treat customers so poorly & disrespectful! Anyways, i will never be back there! Only thing I will say positive is this, the food was good! SO PROPS TO THE KITCHEN STAFF ONLY!
