So I'm just now leaving this restaurant, and I use that term loosely. 2 tables in this place we're occupied. The only bright spot of this entire visit was that we were seated promptly. I suspect if the cashier hadn't just finished cashing someone else out we would have had quite the wait. We were brought drinks, drank them. And 15 minutes later my companion had to get the waitresses attention to get refills. Mind you there are still only 2 occupied tables. About 20 minutes later out food arrives, lukewarm at best. I was told that I had to wait for the gravy that comes with my meal. 10 minutes later that arrives, my meal is over half eaten. And that's a good thing, because the one ounce souffle cup they brought to me barely covered what was left. but at least it was hot! Quite honestly the worst service, and the worst meal I've ever had at an IHOP.i won't return here, and as I love close I will be sure to tell everyone I know about this catastrophe.

We usually go to the other place but, they close at 10. So we drove out here to try this place out and we are super glad we did. Parking was ok, the lines are wore away in most places but you can tell where to park, so no big deal. We where greeted fast and taken to a seat. We ordered breakfast type food, coffee and, a water. The waitress was really helpful and our drinks where never empty which is a biggie for me. Food was cooked just as i ordered. No complaints at all. Went to restroom to use it but also check it out. Was clean and good lighting too. Overall I'd say this place was great. I don't remember her name but we had the pregnant waitress and she did awesome. Left her 10 bucks for a tip. So total was only about 35 bucks or so out the door, good value since we where both full lol. Will be coming back to this place again for sure.

It seems quality of food is going down. Turkey tasted like packaged lunch meat. Totally tasteless. Broccoli was definitely frozen. Lots of end pieces. Salad was ok except for the red onion tops. Lol. Burgers and fries were pretty good. Kind of put off by the lipstick that was on my coffee cup though. On the flip side our waitress was wonderful!
