Positive: Appeared clean, nice lake view, breakfast included. Staff greets you every time you come back in with "welcome back" Negative: Conditioner wasn't refilled. One day my bed was made and clearly the only thing housekeeping did. Another day my room was clean and the bed left unmade. Supplies were stocked once in 7 days.

It was a nice place to stay. Convenient to the main roads and restaurants. Staff was helpful and nice. towels were fluffy Air conditioner worked well the backyard feeling with the bbq and the pool was exemplar

We stayed here our 4th night on the road and let me just say it. This place was exceptional. Very clean. Even the fitness center was beautifully maintained. The breakfast was better than a restaurant. Piping hot and tasty. The woman in charge of the whole dining experience was very friendly but not at all invasive. She was treated everyone like she was happy they chose to be there. We would stay here again. I thought I had taken pictures but I guess I didn't.

This place was amazing. I was greeted with a smile and the desk clerk was very respectful. The rooms are nice, love the soap in the shower, nice lake view. Lobby was very clean also. Definitely would rather stay here than anywhere else on 19.
