the place is not too bad but the manager of the location Pamela makes a nightmare to live in that location, now the trend is to expel old residents to raise rent for new comers

This is a wonderful property ! Pam and her team have been absolutely stellar addressing any of my needs. The property is beautiful and central to restuarants , shopping and I-295. Truly a hidden gem !

I have been In Gainesville, Folkston, Brunswick, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, and Fernandina, this is by far the worst complex I have ever seen. We moved In and moved out the same week, costing us thousands of dollars to move in and out of Arrowhead, and Into a new complex. Tried to talk to the manager about the roach situation and she said it was okay.( I mean thousands of roaches I seen within a week). Even the pest control said it was the worst he has seen in all his years working for Jacksonville. After we moved in she tried to get us to stay there living with roaches crawling on the counters while cooking food, on the bed before we go to sleep(brand new set) and on our couches. I wish I could give zero stars. I would never recommend this place and the management is terrible. The health department will shut this place down within the next year if they bring it to attention.

The Point at Arrowhead continues to be a great place to live.The new management is tenant driven and doing a great job in maintaining the grounds(beautification projects)and remodeling all the old apartments. 😀 Looking for a place to live that is safe and friendly.Check out The Point at Arrowhead.
