I’ve had better Italian at Fazoli’s. Server brought bread and we waited forever for her to find the oil. Had to ask for drink straws and they must’ve been hiding in the same place as the oil. Daughter ordered no mushrooms on her entree and it came loaded. We told our server and she didn’t even ask if we wanted it taken back and fixed. (We wouldn’t have because at this point it would’ve taken forever, but it would have been nice to have the option) Pizza was a close second to any frozen cardboard pizza I’ve had. I have no problem spending $150 for a night out with the family but this place won’t be getting anymore of my business due to several inexcusable things.

I just found out there was a Carrabba's on San Jose Great atmosphere, really great service The food was to die for..... yummy

What a disappointment. You almost expect bad service nowadays, but the food has really gone downhill. Then when we cancelled a portion of our order due to the ridiculous wait the manager came over and made a big show of taking the cancelled items off our bill. Impressive. Bloomin' Brands is laughing at us.
