Fire ant infestation. Friendly manager, Aaron. New ownership. Price for Passport America stated $20 but new owner upped the price to $30. Definitely overpriced even for overnight. Won't stay again. Reported to PA.

I've been living here for eight months and this is the best place to live in my whole life the reasons I love it here is because it's clean and quiet and I miss Mr Do but I am very excited and happy about the new owner Mary she is a good friend and I am also excited that Eron is still working here Eron and Mary work so hard for us to make this RV park and campground liveable and loveable the park here is very clean and nature galore and the aminities are very clean and excellent I am recommending Happy Oaks RV park and campground to everyone and anyone I will be a tennant for the rest of my life! Thank you Eron and Mary for all you do for us and I am so blessed to have you both in my life.

This place is right off the highway. We only stayed 1 night but the 3 people that I came into contact with was pretty pleasant. Basic amenities but right after the ice storm everything worked which most places around them didn't.
