I am a 61 yr old mother, grandmother, with an Aussie Shep and a very spoiled LH dachshund. I love my life and my little world. Unfortunately I deal with 2 auto immunes, unfriendly joints and so on. I have been in pain management for yrs. Even thought about settling for doing less just because I hated be profiled and treated so differently. I have been so blessed to have found Ashley Prichard, PA-C and her wonderful nurse Hallie.(Murfreesboro Tn) I was mind blown, on my 1st ever visit, Ashley spent over an hour with me. She let me talk and tell her everything. Together we came up with a plan and she gave me more options than anyone ever has. I'm 3 months into her suggested plan and can't believe how much it is helping me. Unfortunately we live in a world were certain things get us treated a certain way and it doesn't always feel good. Ashley and Hallie not once have put off any vibes other than they really want to help me and I feel they really are happy things are working. On one visit Ashely had another PA shadowing her. I truly pray that PA picks up on all the qualities Ashely has that are not from a text book. I'm truly blessed and thankful.

I do know if you are coming from another pain clinic they want a voluntary dismissal signed by you previous clinic or Dr.
I don't know, but sign up saying payment due after service so I would think yes
They will look at your prescriptions that you have been taking. And if you have any medical records showing where you were going and what all they were doing to help you, be sure and bring them. I have been going here for over 8 years now and I will not go anywhere else! They take very good care of you. I am on a ER medicine and they have me where my pain is controlled. I highly recommend Comprehensive Pain and Neurology! Megan C. And Dr Shneider are great!
