I paid for an upgraded wash and only half of my windows were cleaned and not all of my carpet was vacuumed. The service people were complaining about not wanting to be at work.

If you are not happy, tell them. I have been using clean getaway since 2005 and in that time three returns to finish. They took care of my cars.
