From moving in last year in July, to my move out last month they made the process very easy from the logistics side of it. Living here was extremely comfortable and safe. The dog community helped my dog become a more social happy dog with all the good encounters. Amanda and Victoria did a more than over the top job along with John my entire year stay.

I live in Ocean Park Apts of Pontevedra. They are called “at Ponte Vedra” because technically (according to the boundary of 202 Butler Blvd). we are in Ponte Vedra even though our address reads Jacksonville Beach. According to folklore when the place was originally built someone dug the driveway in the wrong place …but I don’t care , I love it here! 💕 This is my second time living here. The first time was directly after my divorce in 2012 , I was in building six on the second floor.. I did hear the upstairs neighbors frequently but not enough that I complained. I stayed for a year and a half until I bought a house across the street in Sanctuary. I immediately missed the camaraderie by the pool and gym. I was not prepared for the volume of yardwork owning a home in Florida entails. Especially after storms picking up branches. The landscaping at Ocean Park is phenomenal and always well-maintained. I returned after selling my home and relocating to North Carolina. I missed Florida and came home in 2020. Now they have food trucks on Thursday nights! This time I got a unit on the ground floor so I would not have to deal with steps. I am a senior citizen and love that it is wheelchair accessible if I ever need it. Also all doors are wheelchair width. My only complaint as far as “handicap accessibility is the toilets should be ADA height plus they should have a bar in the shower. I never hear a thing from whoever lives above me. They now offer valet trash service which is a nice convenience if the weather is rainy. All units have been upgraded beautifully including granite countertops and easy to clean wooden flooring. The maintenance men Jon and Chris never had to be called a second time to repair anything! John especially works himself to death maintaining our beautiful living space. In the office , Amanda Vance is now manager with Vicki her assistant ; both could not be friendlier. If I had one complaint it would be that there are too few neighbors out and about and too many dogs in the complex. I know this is a result of Covid and quarantine loneliness and they have tried to address it with a leash rule plus gated dog park. You cannot police people all of the time however, and they do not respect the scoop laws even though bags are provided. The Canadian geese have diminished in population and their droppings are pressure washed away regularly. I wrote this lengthy review because after reading some of the negativity posted from previous years I felt it needed to be reviewed by someone who is currently a resident.

Maintenance staff is phenomenal - it's like having your own handyman on call, they go above and beyond every time. They are one of the best things about this place plus the friendly, service oriented front office staff. It's "mostly quiet" - although the perennial construction did wear on my nerves for a bit. Overall though - love it here!!! Awesome upgrades, great location, safe, nice neighbors - highly recommend.

A fantastic place to live. Community and amenities are kept in top condition. Service is prompt and friendly Management creates a feeling of family within the community with regular activities for the residents. Large sparkling pool is a delight and the proximity to the beach means there’s always a breeze. Apartments are large in comparison to other places. Highly recommended
