Very disappointed with the customer service. I went in looking for a spoke wrench, to which I got yelled at "how many wheels have you trued?". I told him several because I volunteered at a bike co-op and he quickly dismissed me and kept belittling me. I get it. It can be dangerous if done incorrectly (just like his tact) but no need to yell. Not returning or recommending this shop.

This bike shop has been here for years and does a great job if it’s fixing your bike or are you purchasing a new one. This is the place to go

Went in for a tuneup and tire change. I was pleased with the work that was done. They quoted me for a higher price but it came out to be lower and I was pleasantly surprised. I plan on coming back

Not a place you want to go to. I went in there to get my electric scooter fixed. I talked to the guy who does the mechanic work and he told me the price of $75. I leave my scooter there to get it fixed 2 days later I got a call again saying the price will be $180. They are just trying to rip you off. Me personally, I can’t do business with someone who can’t keep their words. I ended up taking my scooter back home. Totally waste of time. I would suggest anyone who is looking to go in there to get their electric scooter fixed to find a different shop because this just ain’t it.

Whenever we sell a bike, we make sure it fits the customer in terms of size and comfort. And bike fitting means more than that. Bike fitting aims to prevent injuries, increase efficiency, comfort and improve performance for all cyclists. Bike fitting is for anybody who cycles, particularly if an overuse injury has occurred, to maximize their enjoyment and performance. We can help with a new bike, or give advice on whether your current bike is a "good fit," and how to maximize it!
The price depends on whether the brakes and chain need repair, or replacement. Come in for a free checkup. Often, replacing a part like a chain is optional--it may be worn but still usable. We will tell you how much the repairs will cost and we won't make any changes without your say-so. Bring it in for a free Bicycle Safety Checkup!

Yes, we bleed hydraulic bicycle brakes. (Thank you Oleg.) Hydraulic brakes consist of a sealed brake line filled with liquid. The liquid develops bubbles over time, leading to poor performance. Consequently the brake lines need to be bled, on average, every 6 to 12 mos. This isn't part of our regular tune-up. Any time a bike with hydraulics comes in, we will check to see if it's necessary.
