Store your things anywhere but here. Just take my word for it. They'll nickel & dime you til they run out of excuses why, then they'll increase your monthly rent consistently, completely ignore multiple attempts to give your 30 day notice (so u can't leave & they can still charge you) & if u are one of the lucky ones who gets to end the contract, make sure u erase your credit card info if u do the recurring payments.... They'll continue to charge u monthly rent whether ur storing items there or not. In response to the "owner" who replied to my review: My lock was never cut off my unit. I removed it myself the day I moved everything out & swept it nice & clean. Just so you're aware. You sure we're impossible to get ahold of, or a message to, or a call back from when all of this was going on ALMOST A YEAR AGO. You might want to stay up to date on what's going on in your facilities a little better. Then you'll know what people are talking about when they leave a review. Thanks anyway.

Infested with mice. Fact. Went from $110 to $138 for a 10×10 in 1 day. $30 late fee. Over the top expensive frankly. Not a very Christian company. Update 2 yrs later...they took all my stuff hostage for 1 year charging me the whole time(auction should of been 3 months of not paying) & now 30 years of my belongings(family pictures, family airlooms, tax documents, personal documents, every picture of myself, ect.) are gone & they say I owe them $2000 which is on my credit report right now! This company are bigtime scammers posing as Christians! My response to the owner's reply: My bill went from $450 for 3 months no payment to $2000 for removing the lock, moving my stuff out to be auctioned off? Instead, you held my stuff for 9 months, charging me $138 per month! You rip people off & break your own company rules to profit even more. Fact. And NO, I don't understand!

I would give it zero stars if I could. I had a great move in process but as soon as move out time came, they did what I had read and heard from others and that was try and charge me for some random fee and an excuse to charge me for another full month. I went through the contract line by line with them to which they couldn't point me to an exact line where the lock being on for a few days after the move out date (move out form submitted on time) constituted another full months rent. This is all contingent upon the move out form being submitted -- Per the contract: "This includes removing any and all debris, as well as sweeping the storage bay/area. In the event that items are left in the storage bay/area or on Premise (the lock in this case) they will be considered abandoned and discarded as the Lessor sees fit. Additionally, the Lessee will be charged for any disposal and cleaning at a rate of $50.00 per hour plus any additional fees or charges, with a minimum $50.00 charge; and become due immediately." At most they could charge $50 to cut the lock off or do the sensible thing and just call me the day of my move, they decided to wait a week then send me a bill for entire month on both units. The manager was out for my move out date and got back in town on the 7th, called me to check if I needed the locks and that they were still on, left a few hours later and removed them. Should have been easy as that but no, they need to get a few more dollars. No attempt to rent the unit to anyone else was made or they would have called on the 1-6th to mention I left my locks on and if I needed them/did in fact move out. Absolutely terrible customer service and pathetic attempt to steal more money. I would fight it legally but time, credit hit and lawyer fees make it pointless. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Plenty of others to go to.

So glad we decided to move our belonging's some where other than here. Their costumer service is just awful. When our company decided to change banks our card they had on file did no longer work, instead of giving us a call to let us know the card they had on file no longer worked, they put a lock on our unit. How can a company make things harder than they need to be?? We decided with how rude and arrogant they were we would pay and get out of there. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Obviously its a money thing for them , which I get but you will never keep cliental for the way your employees act.

They have both temperature controlled and non temperature control unit. The price varies depending on which side you want and what size that you get. I have a 5 x 10 that cost me a little over $57 a month.
