Battery died. Trying to get warranty info. After 2 weeks of emails and calling I have yet to even speak to someone. I have left messages, sent emails and requested communication. I got one automated reply telling me to send an email to the same address I already sent 5 emails. It's a shame.

Invisible support. I have contacted them about technical questions because their documentation is weak. Nearly all contact through phone, email, online chat, and Facebook messaging have not received a response. These were polite requests. If there is ever a warranty issue, will there be support? Very doubtful. I'm returning my order, but they take a 15% restocking fee. Quite a racket. 6/14/22 - Despite the General Manager's comments, most requests went unanswered. Not sure where their pulling their data from. To anyone interested in eBikeling, test their responsiveness. If they get back to you, great. Maybe they've improved their customer support.

Ordered online got it in two days...750w/700c/front better than i expected...easy assembly...just dont over think it...im 6ft 300lbs and its pulls me along nicely😆👍🏿🚲

It's ok you can bring it from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm from Monday to Friday we charge $50 for the diagnosis if you don't fix it, if you fix it only the cost of the parts you occupy
1.) Brakes depends completely with what you already have installed on your bike. If you have a v-brake then it's compatible. If you have a disk brake then it's compatible with it. 2.) I think all the kits come with power cut off.
