We are first time scooter riders and came in to see what options were available. Ken was amazing to work with. He showed us all options, explaining the differences in weight, speed, engine type, etc. He then gave my wife a riding lesson and we were sold. Great experience and we are looking forward to riding the scooter.

This place has the best service I've ever experienced. I've ridden bikes since I was a teenager and have tried (and failed) to restore some a few times. When I contacted ScootWorks for help on an older Genuine Stella I was restoring, Ken was so knowledgeable and helpful. He got me everything I asked for and even pointed out a few things I missed that I DEFINITELY needed. I wouldn't have a running bike without him and his expertise. Thanks again for all the help!! I'll be coming to yoi for everything from now on.

This is a bit of a delay... But my husband and I walked into this scooter store knowing we wanted a moped but weren't sure if we would walk out with one. Well, we did walk out with a moped and felt extremely thankful we walked in there and had such a fantastic experience with Ken and, quite honestly, every other person in the shop. I cannot say enough that if you are looking to look or ready to buy, definitely check out Scooterworks!!! Thanks, guys <3

Yes, they are awesome there. They stand by their scooters. U may have to schedule a time with them because they r busy. The best in Chicago !!
To add, any scooter over 51cc's to 149cc's requires an Illinois Type "L" license. Any larger than 149cc requires full motorcycle Type "M". ScooterWorks can help connect you with help to gain your license.
Yes
If you're getting a scooter that's 49.9 cc's you do not need a license. Anything above that you will need a license. Their classes to get your license all over including community colleges in the area along with idot
We don't work on electrics like that. But you can true Turner Services in Chicago. He should be able to help
They're following the city of Chicago's updated policies. Currently that involves masking and social distancing.
Yes
I just bought a d4 e kick scooter from okidas..I too need service if you find a place please let me know...thank you
Seems unlikely but I don't work there. I'm sure they could do the install.
No we do not. Ride Chicago does though.
You need a driver's license but not a motorcycle license.
If they don't, they can probably order them. They are pretty good so they could get them pretty fast from all of my experiences. They probably have time to do everything since it is still cold.
It would be best to call them. They r very good with their service department.
A 151cc jug!
I'm sure they will!
