We had to get some stain for a new cedar Fence and paint for the Interior of my guest house that I wanted matched with our main house. The Gentleman in the Paint dept. We just stopped there with an excited fourth grader looking forward to getting her free Christmas tree permit through the Every Kid in a Park initiative. Four employees had no idea what we were talking about and refused to give us a permit withour paying the fee even after we showed them the articles and announcement online and the government issued permit. We left with a paid for permit and with a very confused and upset child. Thanks a lot.
