I've been living here for 5 years now. Management is awesome, friendly, and caring. They always have something for the residents. I have flowers refreshments and muffins for Mother's Day. What else can I ask for? The place is very quiet. If you have kids and need a good environment, this is the place for you.

I moved out in 2019 and they charged me for the month I moved out and 125 late fee every month for over a year and never notified me at the forwarding address provided. I found out because they just hit my credit for over 2000.00. Do not recommend and management is always changing so you can not get any help!

Very bad service. I submitted an application for an apartment on Friday January 7th and they supposedly told me that by Thursday the 13th I would have an answer and when I call on Thursday they tell me that for Friday and when I call on Friday they told me that for the day today and the truth is that they haven't done anything they haven't submitted the application or anything the dark-haired lady who attended me hasn't worked badly with my application on Friday I was calling to find out the status of the application and no one answered the phone I did more than 14 calls since 9 in the morning and they came to answer me at 1:30 in the afternoon they are incompetent if they wanted to keep the 50 dollars from the application they would have said so and they would not have made me bother here or for all the money in the world moving me very poor service and incompetence

You may possibly get denied. Had a friend who did have one get denied. The pool in the back hasn't been open in over 2 years. They are doing construction in the empty lot now. And the washer dryers on site only work half the time. If you are looking for cheaper rent. Don't mind going to the mat. This isn't a bad spot. It's quiet. Maintenance comes within 48 hrs. Downside is the property management does not want to deep clean the vents so the place is so dusty I can barely breathe sometimes. The ladies in the front office are nice. They answer and assist best they can. Always polite.
