My daughter moved out of these apartments in July she lived there a year, within that year she had several issues, the most serious BLACK MOLD! To which the maintenance only spray treated with high industrial bleach and within a month the mold was coming back. My grandchildren stayed with upper respiratory infections. The trash removal of the dumpsters was non existent, which would explain the rat problem. Towards the end of her lease they started doing some remodeling that only included change of paint on the outside and a few decorative lights. They sent out emails about rent increase which is comical. $1400 for a 2 bedroom with no amenities except a half of playground for the kids nothing else. Realistically these apartments should be no more than $1100 for a 2 bedroom and that’s only because of inflation

I give 1 star because I’m grateful for the roof over my head. For the most part my apt isn’t too bad, it’s not perfect but I’ve seen worst. However the noise level between the Mexican music and the unattended children running around is ridiculous. The property around the apts are generally clean but the garbage areas are disgusting. For this I can’t fault the property, it’s like your neighbors harbor garbage for days in their apts and by the time they take it out it looks like they cleaned out their homes for a move 🤦🏽‍♀️. The property managers bombard you with emails and text messages about every little thing except for what matters, like how the rent increased by $500. So at this point they want me to pay $1500 for a 2 bedroom apt with no closet space, a apt where my living room is big enough to make one cartwheel, a apt where the neighbors have no regard for others, a apt where my tub gets backed up at least twice a month. I THINK NOT!!🤔 For these prices I could of stayed in NY.

There are caterpillars that infest these apartments, management does not do anything, new/old owners claim the caterpillars are butterflies when they are moths, caterpillars makes skin irritated they don’t provide pest control for the caterpillars. They leave hives the caterpillars are called tussock moth caterpillars you can look them up and see the side effects,
