I scheduled a pick up date online, they confirmed the date and time prior to the pick up date and the transaction was completed with no interruption to me or my day! Beware! This store RENTS the right to use veterans name and are in fact a privately owned thrift. They give very little of what they make off of your free stuff to the actual veteran themselves. Huge scam.
