Walked in, was greeted and helped immediately. The fellow who helped me - I think he may have been the manager - replaced my screen protector in a jiffy. On top of that, it’s the best job of placement I’ve ever had! Thanks Verizon Man 😇

Just writing in for the first time because the outstanding customer service that I got from Daniel at the Verizon Gainesville North store impressed the heck out of me. Technically proficient, skilled in dealing with people and patient, Daniel is a real “keeper.” I gave Daniel 5 gold stars, and you can give him a raise!

You would need an account via Verizon. You may be more successful in the store
