Very quiet simple RV Park. Grass sites, full hook ups with 50 and 30 amp service with a 110 outlet. Full water and sewer and trash included in lot rent. Grass is mowed regularly, and bathrooms and showers are clean. Extremely friendly owner and amazing residents. Pet friendly!! Perfect for some down time, or a place to park your RV while in the area. About 55 minutes to Waco and about 45 minutes to College Station.

Clean park. Gravel road and grass spots for RVs. They do have offer full connections including 50a service. The site we picked had the sewage pipe covered over but that wasn't a big deal. Next time we stay, we'll choose another spot. It's a nice place to stop for a night. The closest towns are 10 to 20 minutes away. For $25 a night, it's good.

Camp host is very nice! Not a family vacation kind of place but awesome while in town on a job. Nice bath house with laundry!

Cheap, grass lots groomed, showers, laundry room. Everything acamper needs. Could use some shade trees.
