This is a true gem of a campground!! Beautiful views of the mountains. Easily accessible, right off the road. The bathhouse was so clean and spacious!! The spots were roomy and included a picnic table and fire ring!! Would stay here again if ever in the area!! About 25 minutes from Great Sand Dunes NP

Pros: huge pull through sites Good hookups Easy to navigate Great amenities Responsive camp host Cons: I've stayed in 100s of RV parks, I've never had so many folks treat our site like a public park. Kids playing loudly in our site, people casually and regularly strolling through it navigating around our belongings. Heck, even the camp hosts cut through multiple times. They also spent a few hours weedwacking the lanes next to our site, making it really hard to work (I work remotely), at 9 in the morning. At least wait until evening hours. This could be a really great park but the owners/hosts are clearly inexperienced and it shows.

Nice camp, good communication texts letting us know specifics for checking in. No contact but camp hosts were available if needed.. Sites were well marked. Hook ups were all in good condition. Did not check out the bathrooms.

Large and level pull through campsites. Check in was as easy as it gets; just pull into your assigned spot and set up camp. Decent Wi-Fi and a clean bath house. There are trees planted but shade is lacking so make sure your A/C is in good shape. The campground is close to the Dunes and Alamosa. I would definitely stay here again.

Yes, no Restrictions that I am aware of, all sites have full hookups, wi fi, and laundry and restrooms. Very clean and friendly. Great 360° views of the mountains, 10 min from Alimosa.
Bout $20-25/night. Theres a picnic table, personal site garbage bin, & firepit. They're relatively private, very quiet. Mitch is really a good guy. They maintain the roads, the showerhouse & change the bins regularly. Personally I feel like its one of the best ones along with the Sand Dunes campground. I appreciate the great hospitality & the area. It is way better by leaps & bounds than the econo campground near alamosa which was really bad for over $30/night. Dont waste your money either at KOA either.
Only the owner can answer that question with accuracy, but when I was staying there last summer, the park was still in in development, and full utility sites were limited.
