This place is great. Alan and his Family are very nice. Keeps the park clean. Quiet and close enough to town for the necessities. Probably the best grass in Colorado too. Lots of room and outside storage. Will stay again if I'm traveling through for work. Definitely the place to stay!!

Looks great. Odd shaped back in lot, but fenced in, well groomed. I wanted to stay here, left several messages but never got a return call. Probably don't need the business

I am think of coming up to Sterling in mid June. Do you have spaces available? I have a 2017 Forest River Cherkee.

I got an answer in January 2022 that they do not do short-term sites, only long-term.

I am moving to Sterling and I have an rv but I was wondering is there any playground equipment there

Didn't stay there but didn't see any when we drove by. Nice small place but apparently hard to get in to.

I've tried for weeks and never returned my calls. Its really small and full, so I don't think they need any business ( I drove by to see this)

DO YOU HAVE YEAR-'ROUND LODGING (PERMANENT) AT THIS PARK? IF SO, WHAT IS THE MONTHLY COST TO PARK AN RV THERE?
