John was super helpful my first trip in my new rv. He helped me make sure to set everything up correctly and was willing ti help every time I needed it. And the Office ladies were the best too! Helped me schedule easily and when everything went awry they helped me reschedule again. Incredibly helpful and a nice spot close to the showers as well.

The management team here are 5 star! Both were super kind, helpful and John especially was incredibly generous with his time in helping me learn to set up as well. Also the diner in front of this park is amazing! You would never know it is even there but the management team told me and it was amazing both times I ate there. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that the math house could use an update. Don’t get me wrong the management team is doing an amazing job of keeping it clean but truly the interior needs to be redone in something that will make their jobs easier. Maybe straight navy and white tile everywhere to keep it easier to keep clean and stay looking fresh? Doesn’t need to be fancy just just needs to look and feel super clean and that is so hard to do when surfaces get dated like they are in the bathhouse.

Melissa and Mike are amazing. They went over and beyond in helping us. Melissa allowed us to reserve a spot over the phone. We ended up being a couple hours outside of our expected arrival time. When we arrived at midnight, Mike was waiting as if it was 12 noon, he showed us to our site,was helpful and welcoming. My family and I will definitely stay here during our future travels. In the morning, we found the site to be beautiful,and well kept. Thanks for Melissa & Mike!

We didn't stay here however we needed to empty our tank and they were so nice it was only 21 dollars. Much better than the dumping in the track which was 40 dollars. While driving around we did get to see the set up for the RV. Wow amazing each set up has electric outlets, concrete patio and all the dumping of the tanks and water you need is all included in the fee. If we decide to rent an RV again we will definitely try and stay here.

460 a month grass lot.
I've used their free access wifi and it's done the job, purchased their upgraded wifi so I could stream movies and worked great as well. I think people get confused when they stay , free wifi is only for your basic google searches, website viewing and email. If you are wanting to play games, stream movies etc you need to purchase the upgraded wifi. If you remember this, you will easily enjoy the wifi depending on what you use it for and what kind you use or purchase. They give you all this info at check in :)

Yes Is electric water and trash all included Is the price a monthly rental It depends On your RV if it's 30app or 50 app You can call the office to make sure I think it's very reasonable to live here
I have a 39 ft wheel and pay under $600 too. Very nice rv park. Clean and respectful.
Thank you for your inquiry. Monthly reservations start at $475/month. The prices vary depending on site type and RV amp connection/length. Propane refill is 3.20/lb. Upgraded WiFi is $5/day and there discounted rates for longer stays. Please contact the park office at 352-468-3988 for more details.

Not a ton of amenities, but it is a really nice place. Waldo has lots to do if you like outdoorsing, otherwise Gainesville is a quick drive away!
