I went to Gilbert Ryken for acu for IVF prep. The Chandler location was wonderful the one time I went. The Gilbert location on the other hand is so disrespectful of your time/schedule that even if you've had an appointment booked for weeks they call you and pressure you to come in at a different time whether or not it works for you resulting in me having to miss whole weeks of prep. It's not like acu is the only thing I have going on in my life. I'm working full time, am a mom of a 2 yr old with a strict nap schedule plus IVF. I am also being seen by a physical therapy right now. I cannot be told to switch my dates or times when I've already planned out the rest of my week accordingly. One of these incidents was when an Acu forgot that she had family coming into town like that's my fault . The other they tried to bump me because of someone else's transfer which is also not my problem.
