Overall the park seem to be a very nice park the clubhouse at pool area seem to be very clean the management seem to be friendly and the people in the park that lived there seem to be friendly to

Very nice location and facility in Chandler AZ. Perfect for us as near family and facilities. Joyce was accommodating as we had a one week request vs long term. There was some confusion on rate but this was worked out and taken care of. Appreciate the facility and would stay here again. Wife and I are new to RVing and each new experience is a great education as we continue our travels.

The groundskeeper here is trouble and the pool has been closed for over a week now in the hottest part of the season. There needs to be a lot of up grades done to the electrical boxes and the park in general. The laundry room is always dirty also.

I would say just check with the management at the park I do not live there I was there doing a job as a vendor at one of the mobile homes I don't know if they have anything for rent I was not looking I'm pretty sure they do but I would say check with advantage but both of those Parks do allow at least if one person beats the requirements deadly will of our spouse not sure at this place but I would say check with management cuz I know the park where I live does
The rent for single wide is 500.00 an for double wide is 700.00 but we are moving you don't want to rent here nothing to do here the water is shut off at least once a day

Joyce they take up to I think it is 45 ft. Very nice sites. Always one spot or two open this is my forth year going there. Get the same spot.
