We chose Banner Ocotillo as the delivery location for our second kid and it did not disappoint. I was nervous due to a pretty traumatic birth for my first but there was not one person during our stay that wasn’t kind and helpful. Thank you to all the L&D and peds staff that worked with us. You made our experience so calm and helped me feel safe and less riddled with anxiety. :) if you have the opportunity to deliver here, I would choose it.

I was a patient at Banner Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, AZ. The staff saved my life. This hospital is an excellent facility with experienced healthcare providers and state-of-the-art equipment. I highly recommend this hospital.

We had a very bad experience with this hospital ie., wife admitted via paramedics secondary to extensive internal bleeding at 4 am on Monday. She was not even seen for over 12 hours and was told they have no GI drs on staff to evaluate her emergent condition! Again a full days delay in getting her medications and nursing care to monitor! When she complained the RN supervisor who was somewhat curt informed her their RN’s are not trained to deal with GI patients! Amazing incompetence — “hospital,” should never accept patients they are unable to provide the proper care and services !!!! Finally she was able to transfer to Banner Medical Center in Phoenix at 8 pm last night where her regular GI doc has privileges! She asked the paramedics to take her to the above and was told they were taking her to Banner Ocotillo! Just a s—t job all the way and dangerous! We will file a formal complaint!
