Hello, we do sell hospital bed mattresses and you can call your nearest store or visit the store in person to see the options available. We do not bill insurances however. I do not know how you would get a new mattress through Medicare, but I do know that if you did get one from a Medicare supplier, it would not be of good quality. Sincerely, AZ MediQuip
