Potentially. If the edge isn't reeded, and it appears to have be minted that way without being altered after. If that's the case, it's definitely worth a trip to the coin shop to get an opinion as to whether you should send it to a third party grading company. Good luck!
No, I just spend bicentennial half dollars for face value.
I am waiting for the 2023 Red Book to come out and then I will have them at the store for sale.
I do buy currency but not star notes on modern bills.
