manager’s are rude, extremely disorderly, the whole place is a mess. the pool is never cleaned, nor are you allowed to bring anything to the pool (seems like they want to keep you away from the pool at all costs, very weird), office is always closed, very unprofessional establishment. it’s not a community at all, if you want leisure, clean, and safety, this is not the place for you. no one seems to be any help around here either, more just hounding.

You can park it wherever you want to with no repercussions they won't tow your vehicle or anything.
At the moment I am not sure but do consider going into the office and asking if they have any homes for sale/rent
I've seen cops here a lot and when I talked to them. They told me they are scared to even pull into this place.
I would look elsewhere if you have a family and like to sleep.

It varies most of tbe time. A friend pays $528 for his lot rent on a pretty good size fifth wheel. But theres also manufactured homes on the property as well. So its probably best to call them and get a actual total. Their office staff is super nice as well! Good luck!
