This store is out of cups or frys most of the time they offer a substitute then they want to change you for it why offer a substitute then. Maybe I had went Saturday and the place was closed no cars in the parking lot and the lights were out this was around 5:30 pm

It's really annoying that I stopped at this place on my lunch break the line was ridiculously long I only had three items two mozzarella sticks and a turkey gyro with the Euro sauce on the side and no tomatoes. I get to work to eat the bread is ripping up because it's soggy from these tomatoes that they put on there there's no Euro source that I asked for on the side so the sandwich is dry and ripped up and soggy. Then when I call back to speak with a manager the phone doesn't work how convenient is that. So unacceptable.

I have been here many times with no issues but tonight was a mess. Zachery was running the drive thru and he was very nice. I don't know how long he's been there but I think he needs more training. I placed my order, he asked me to repeat it and then he said it back to me. It was right except the type of shakes which I corrected him on. When I pulled to the window another guy(the manager I think) handed him my shakes and he gave them to me. One was the wrong size(was small should've been medium). I don't mind that he dumped the small into a medium cup to add to it but i think he just added more whipped cream and no shake. When he handed me my food I was missing a sandwich. I turned to tell him and he handed me another bag which I thought was my sandwich but was actually someone else's food. I handed it back and he told the manager about my missing sandwich. They only rang up the one so they re ran my card and then brought my sandwich out after I pulled up. Part way home I checked my receipt to make sure I was charged correctly only to find the food on the receipt was not my order but it had my card number on it, I was charged for someone else's food! I went back and went inside. When I asked the manager he said that I had been charged for the other food but not for mine so it was like a discount and he gave me my correct receipt with the zero charge on it(and I checked my bank account to be sure). I appreciate that I wasn't charged for both but I wish they would've told me so I didn't have to waste time going back. I guess they were hoping I wouldn't notice. Food tasted good but was barely warm and shakes were melted due to me having to go back. Please give your people more training.

I have been here before and had no issues. The girl working the front counter was very uninterested in her job or helping anyone, no smiles nor conversation. Although the beef and cheddar sandwich was good my salad barely had anything in it. Considering the price and that I asked for extra tomato and onion I was surprised at the outcome. There was only a few little pieces of meat as well. Not the best but not the worst experience.
