I went in looking for a specific paper type today. 3 employees standing around in an empty store that are happy to tell you which aisles to look. I came back and told them that I was not able to find it and even showed them what I wanted on their web site and all they could be bothered to do is tell me to go hunting down some other aisles. They were more than happy when I told them I would go check Office Depot. Sounds like these employees would rather be sitting at home getting government money than to help out paying customers. No reason to go back to this Staples.

I WAS THERE LIKE 2 WEEKS AGO EMPLOYEES LAZY I ASK FOR HELP WITH FAX MACHINE AND ALL SHE SAID YOU HAVE TO DO IT YOURSELF BUT I HAD NEVER DONE IT CAN YOU HELP ME YOU GO AND READ IT THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE STORE I WOULD UNDERSTAND IF THEY WERE BUSY BUT NO AND I ASK HER WHO IS YOUR MANAGER SHE POINTED OUT TO A CASHER SO I WENT TO HERE AND I ASK HER IF SHE WAS THE STORE MANAGER?
